Lee Jong Suk as Park Hoon

Park Hoon dan ayahnya diculik di Korea utara saat kecil.
Saat dewasa dia melarikan diri ke Korea selatan.

Jin Se Yun as Song Jae Hee / Han Seung Hee

Jae Hee adalah kekasih Park Hoon di Korea Utara.
Saat melarikan diri ke Korea Selatan, Jae Hee terjatuh di sungai.
Jae Hee akhirnya menjadi Seung Hee yaitu seorang mata-mata Korea Utara.

 

 Park Hae Jin as Han Jae Joon

Jae Joo adalah dokter terbaik di Rumah Sakit milik ayah Oh Soo Hyun. Dia menjadi dokter untuk membalas dendam kepada ayah Oh Soo Hyun yang berbuat malpraktek kepada ayahnya. Han Jae Joon berpura-pura menyukai Oh Soo Hyun tapi pada akhirnya dia jatuh cinta beneran kepada Oh Soo Hyun.

 

 Kang So Ra as Oh Soo Hyun

Oh Soo Hyun adalah anak presiden rumah sakit. Dia jatuh cinta pada Park Hoon padahal dia sudah bertunangan dengan Jae Joon.

 

Seorang dokter bernama Park Chul terpaksa dibuang ke Utara dengan embel-embel menyelamatkan negara dari perang, padahal sebenarnya tidak, Ada permainan licik di dalamnya. Park Chul memiliki anak lelaki bernama Park Hoon yang ikut merasakan menderitanya hidup di Utara. Setelah kematian ayahnya, Hoon berhasil kembali ke negara asalnya, tapi dia terpaksa kehilangan Jae Hee wanita yang dicintainya, yang dia tahu masih ada di Utara. Hoon berusaha mengumpulkan uang sebanyak-banyaknya agar bisa menemukan Jae Hee kembali.

Sementara seorang dokter lain bernama Han Jae Joon, juga menyimpan rahasia kelam tersendiri. Dia mempunyai niat menghancurkan RS Myung Woo sebagai pembalasan dendam. Tapi di sisi lain dia mulai mencintai putri pemilik RS Myung Woo yang bernama Oh Soo Hyun. Soo Hyun sendiri mulai menyadari bahwa cintanya bukan untuk Jae Joon, melainkan untuk Park Hoon. Dokter asing yang ternyata sangat membenci ayahnya, karena ayahnya lah yang membuat Hoon hidup menderita di Utara.

KESAN :
Earlier, I interest watched this drama because of Kang Sora.
Although I should close my eyes when scene operation.
I am really afraid of blood.
Oh God...
But I was curious next episod. 

This drama was so greet, amazing and so dumb-dumb every episode.
Persaingan antara Park Hoon dan Jae Joo, 
Cinta sepihak Dr. Oh. 

I hope in this drama, Lee Jang Suk and Kang Sora are couple.
But I was dissapointed about the the ending.
Well, congratulation with high ratings as high as disappointed ending.
The tragedy vs dumped by man, off course the tragedy is the saddness part. 
But, I more sad to watch Dr. Oh get hurt than jae hee's tragedy. 
This is just one example if kang so ra is too good to be second female lead, or 

I really dont like Jin Se Yeon !!!
How is she always a lead...... Nothing special about her. No charms.
Jin Se Yeon need to be supporter cast for some dramas before become first female lead.
I couldn't feel Jin Se Yeon's acting, her love or her suffer, her sad or her happiness feel empty. 
But Kang So Ra's acting, her love/sad/angry/happy, I FEEL It. 
The second female lead have very good acting than first female lead, and Kang So Ra more beautiful also. 
I believe the viewer will be separate of 2 groups cause of it. 
Honestly, Jin Se Yeon need learn more.



Kang So Ra so stuning. I like her more and more.

She is cute too...
